I have taken a HUGE step back this week from training... Been using the down time to focus on summer school and finishing up the last batch of papers and whatnot... I've managed to swim M/W, but cut both swims short because of some nagging left shoulder/bicep pain... I'm pretty sure it's cause I never warm up or stretch before I swim... tomorrow, I'll try to do a little stretching to loosen up the arms... Supposed to swim a set of 1600m tomorrow, so I'll need all pistons firing...
Kendrick is coming into town this weekend, and is already lookin to go balls out (which I am too, just gotta finish up one paper before doing so)... Should be good times, pics to come...
